Orders placed by 12:00 am PST are generally processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 am PST are generally processed and shipped out by the next business day. Shipping times are show on the checkout page.
We recommend that all orders to Canadian, US or International destination are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost, because Canada Post Xpresspost is the only trackable service by Canada Post.
Shipping charge on nevitamins.com may slightly vary from the actual shipping charge by Canada Post. This is due to the slight variation in weight calculation and fuel surcharge. All orders OVER $100.00 (excluding taxes) WITHIN CANADA* are shipped FREE OF CHARGE by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
All US and International sales are final.

If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
